superb stay, great value!

the staff were friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with a cake during breakfast for my kid's birthday! separate pools and quiet villas added to the peacefulness and service was perfect, attending to a short circuit in our villa within minutes. i appreciated their attention to detail.
the wifi connection was very poor. the lighting in the room was also dark. the curtains didn't block much light either.

There are three pools on site. They are very well maintained. the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach, though it runs every two hours. a golf buggy transports guests from reception to the hotel's upper rooms.

the hotel is in a good location if you want to be away from the busy central area. i enjoyed the walk into the main part of town, about twenty minutes. it's situated in a hilly area, so there are many steps!

Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. I loved it. the bathroom was large with a tub and a rain shower! the room featured a large comfortable bed, a sofa, and ample space to hang clothes.

The staff were cute and friendly, especially the ladies on reception. the staff member who booked our excursions was helpful. I booked all our trips via the hotel and found them to be great quality. the staff let us check in early!

the villa itself was decent enough, i suppose. the size was adequate.
I must say, my experience wasn't great. the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was mold in the bathroom. the pool looked murky. the lack of alcohol available for purchase was like a major oversight. i expected more, honestly.

the room had a huge balcony with seating and access to a pool. the pool also had cliff views. the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach every two hours. breakfast offered a good variety daily.
the manual door lock was a bit difficult to operate.
